YES FOOD !Love it and it loves my hips! The closer I get to 40 the more food loves my belly. I need to lose 80 lbs and I need to do it as quick as possible. I just got a bike today so I will be peddeling my way to thin! Just how many trips around the block do you need to take to whittle down 80 pounds??? My goal is to be able to wear a 2 piece bathing suit, the one I was wearing just 5 years ago on my honeymoon. AHHHHH to be able to walk from the towel to the water with not so much wiggle and jiggle. I know I can do it!
